Grumman
01 · Basic info
Long-range business jet developed by Grumman from the turboprop Gulfstream I, sharing its forward fuselage and cross-section but with a swept wing, T-tail and two rear-mounted Rolls-Royce Spey engines. The first aircraft flew on 2 October 1966, and certification and first deliveries followed in October and December 1967. About 256 were built; many were later converted to GII-B standard with the Gulfstream III wing.
