When you complete a form (for example a valuation request, an acquisition requirement, a management consultation or a general enquiry), we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, aircraft information and message.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare the advisory work you request and to keep a record of our exchanges. We do not sell your data.

Analytics and cookies

Essential cookies and local storage are used to run the site and remember your preferences (for example your cookie choice, saved aircraft models or comparison list).

To understand how visitors find us, we may record the campaign parameters (UTM), referring site and landing page of your visit and attach them to an enquiry you submit.

Lead handling and processors

Enquiries are transmitted securely to the ATSJETS team by email and/or a customer-relationship tool. These providers act as processors on our behalf. Our hosting provider processes technical logs necessary to deliver the site.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and in line with our legal obligations.
